Identifying Tourism Potentials of Ethno-Cultural Attractions in Lombok

This article is aimed at identifying the potential of various ethno-cultural practices in Sasak community with a view developing them as attractions to sustain tourists stay longer Lombok. Various relation folklore, festivals, sports, music, food, beverage, and cultural events were identified, tourism potentials also measured. Data collected by directly observing video-recoding events, interviewing leaders, religious clerics, practitioners, experts, workers’ organizations, entrepreneurs, governments. With content analysis, study has identified be an alternative Lombok’s tourist attractions. These are not only essential for Indonesian multiculturalism but resource improving economic quality families communities. The recommends strategies this development.
